AI AGENTS & AGENTIC SYSTEMS
AI agents that move work forward.
An AI agent can interpret a request, find relevant information and take agreed actions across your systems. We design that capability around a defined business process, with your team in control of consequential decisions.
Discuss your workflow →Prepare responses using approved business information.
Move enquiries through a defined process instead of leaving them in an inbox.
Give staff the context they need when a request needs human judgement.
Start with a specific job
A useful first agent has a clear responsibility: qualify an enquiry, prepare a quote for review, or help staff find an answer in internal documentation. We establish the inputs, acceptable outputs and escalation rules before choosing a model or framework.
Connect information and actions
We assess your existing applications, APIs and access controls. Where appropriate, we build scoped tools or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers so an agent can retrieve information or propose an action. The tools available to each agent are defined explicitly; access is not unrestricted.
Keep important decisions with people
Sending a binding quote, changing a financial record or communicating a sensitive answer may require approval. We agree these boundaries during design and include a route for uncertain or failed tasks to reach a person.
Evaluate before expanding
A pilot should be assessed against representative requests, including incomplete information and exceptions. We agree success criteria such as correct completion, review effort, response time and cost per task. Broader deployment follows evidence from the pilot rather than a demonstration alone.
ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE · NOT A CUSTOMER RESULT
Enquiry preparation
A service business receives an enquiry. The agent extracts the requirements, checks approved reference material and prepares a response. Staff review the proposed reply before it is sent.

Is an agent the same as a chatbot?
A chatbot mainly supports a conversation. An agent can also use tools and carry out steps in a workflow. Some projects need a simple search assistant or fixed automation instead; we recommend the simplest suitable approach.
Can it work with our existing software?
We assess the APIs, permissions and commercial terms of your software during discovery. Connections are scoped per project; a listed example is not a promise of an existing integration.
What happens when it is unsure?
We design a review or escalation path and test it. The permitted actions, approval thresholds and fallback behaviour are agreed before launch.
A useful next step
Describe the workflow, the systems involved and where your team spends time checking or moving information. We can discuss whether a focused discovery or pilot is appropriate.
