AI CONSULTING
A practical starting point for AI.
You do not need a finished technical brief. Bring a business process that is slow, inconsistent or difficult to scale. We help determine whether AI, conventional automation or a process change is the right next step.

Understand the information, access and controls it needs.
Leave with a scoped next step and a way to evaluate it.
Assess the opportunity
We examine the current process with the people who do the work. Frequency, handling time, exception rates and the cost of errors help prioritise opportunities. We distinguish tasks that can be automated from decisions that should remain with staff.
Check data and access readiness
A model cannot compensate for missing source information or unclear ownership. We review representative documents, supported system interfaces and the permissions needed for a pilot. Sensitive material should be shared only through an agreed channel.
Define a pilot you can judge
The output is a practical scope: the task, inputs, expected results, review points, technical dependencies and acceptance tests. We discuss implementation and operating costs, along with the conditions that would make the project unsuitable.
Plan for adoption
Successful implementation also depends on who reviews the output, who maintains the system and how staff report problems. We include these responsibilities in the proposed delivery approach rather than leaving them until launch.

Choosing the right first project
A professional-services team wants to use AI across the business. Discovery compares enquiry triage, internal document search and report preparation. The team selects one workflow for a limited pilot with staff review.

Will the recommendation always involve AI?
No. Fixed automation, better search or a simpler process can be the better option. The recommendation should follow the problem and available evidence.
What should we bring to a first conversation?
A short description of the process, the systems involved and where time or errors accumulate. Avoid sending passwords, personal records or confidential documents through the public enquiry form.
Do you provide an implementation proposal?
Where there is a viable next step, we can scope implementation separately. Deliverables, dependencies and commercial terms are agreed before work begins.
A useful next step
Describe the workflow, the systems involved and where your team spends time checking or moving information. We can discuss whether a focused discovery or pilot is appropriate.
