AI and automation projects differ in their data, integrations and operating requirements. We quote against an agreed scope rather than presenting an entry price that leaves the important work undefined.

We establish the business problem, current process, required access and constraints. The proposed scope identifies deliverables, dependencies, exclusions, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Any discovery work and its fee are agreed before it begins.
2. A focused pilot
We build and test a limited workflow using agreed examples. The pilot covers exceptions and human review as well as the intended path. Its purpose is to establish whether the approach is useful enough to extend.
3. Production and handover
Production scope may include deployment, access controls, monitoring, operating instructions and staff onboarding. We agree how incidents are handled and which tasks remain with your team or another supplier.
4. Ongoing operation
Model usage, hosting, storage and third-party subscriptions can create recurring costs. Monitoring, maintenance and further development are scoped separately. Support coverage and response arrangements belong in the agreement, not in an assumed promise of round-the-clock service.
How pricing is established
The number of systems, document variation, data preparation, approval requirements and support needs all affect cost. Proposals state the currency in NZD, the GST treatment, payment milestones, estimated timing and recurring charges. We confirm these after discovery; no fixed project price is implied by this page.
