WORKFLOW EXAMPLES
See where the work could change.
These are illustrative workflow designs, not customer case studies or measured results. They show how we approach a project: define one job, connect the necessary information and keep review points visible.
Talk to ND Orbit →Enquiry to reviewed response
An enquiry arrives. The workflow identifies the request, checks required information and retrieves approved service material. An agent prepares a reply and a suggested next step. Staff approve the reply or take over. Evaluate handling time, factual accuracy and how often staff need to rewrite the draft.
Document to checked record
A document is received, classified and processed into proposed fields. Validation checks run before a reviewer sees the source and extracted values. Only approved results move into the next system. Evaluate field accuracy, review effort and the number of exceptions, including poor scans and changed layouts.
Question to sourced internal answer
A staff member asks a question. The assistant searches information they are permitted to access and provides an answer with source references. If the sources do not support an answer, it asks for clarification or routes the question to a colleague. Evaluate source relevance, unsupported answers and time spent verifying the response.
What a useful case study should report
A genuine result should identify the process, the measurement period, the starting point and what changed. It should also report review effort, operating cost and limitations. We do not present projected savings as customer outcomes.
A useful next step
Describe the workflow, the systems involved and where your team spends time checking or moving information. We can discuss whether a focused discovery or pilot is appropriate.
Discuss your project →LET’S BUILD WHAT’S NEXT

gets held up.
Describe the process you want to improve and the systems involved. We can discuss whether discovery, automation or a focused AI pilot is the right next step.
